Northgate Postacute Care

Dr. John H. Fullerton was appointed Medical Director of the fifty-two (52) bed SNF (Skilled Nursing Facility) Northgate Postacute Care where he served from 2011 to 2016. Hampton Health continues to provide medical care to its patients.

The facility specializes in rehabilitation services and offers a home-like setting with an interior courtyard. Formerly San Rafael Care Center (now Northgate Postacute Care) received the 'Excellence in Programming Award' from the California Association of Health Care Facilities.
